This series of 60-minute classes will be limited to 5 participants and will meet once per week for 5 weeks as follows:

NOTE: BODYPUMP™ 101 is a NOT a prerequisite prior to attending your first BODYPUMP™ class. However, it is strongly recommended if you have not used a barbell or are not familiar with free-weight exercises like ‘Arnold Press’, ‘Biceps Row’, ‘Clean and Press’, ‘Dead Lifts’, ‘Mac Raise’, ‘Pullovers’, etc.
