We invite you to “drop-in” for our regular group fitness classes!

Admittedly, the past 4 years have been challenging in many ways. Most everyone has had to re-think the way they approach fitness in an effort to remain healthy over-all — both physically and psychologically. The Aerobics and Fitness Studio is no different. We have been constantly adjusting the way we provide our services to comply with both State and City mandated protocols since March 2020. As a result, The Studio has been providing even more opportunities to help you maintain your fitness, participate in the classes you love, and socialize with your friends, than ever before.

We encourage non-Studio members to participate in our classes on a drop-in basis when their schedules permit. “Drop-ins” can choose to attend our live classes either in-person (in The Studio) or via simultaneous live stream from wherever they happen to be and feel comfortable.

In-Person Classes

  • Masks are optional and no longer required while attending our in-Studio classes.

  • Class sizes are limited and social distancing is encouraged.

  • Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the class you are attending.

  • Please arrive 10-minutes prior to the class start time so you can meet the instructor, change out of your street shoes, complete a Waiver, and prepare for the class.

  • Hand washing and the use of hand sanitizer (provided) are required prior to entering The Studio.

  • The $10 drop-in fee for our regular classes ($15 for Yoga) may be paid via cash, cheque, or debit/credit card (no American Express) when you arrive.

Live-Stream Classes

  • Not quite ready for in-person classes? No worries. The majority of our regular in-person classes are simultaneously live-streamed from The Studio.

  • You can still join us from any location that has a solid internet connection - your home, hotel, in-State, out-of-State, or even from a foreign country!

  • Purchase one (or more) classes via the secure link below.

  • Complete a Waiver after purchasing a class - the specific class does not need to be noted. Once the completed waiver is returned, the Zoom Meeting ID and Pass Code will be sent to you via e-mail.

  • The quality of the live stream is best when you are hard-wired directly to the Ethernet or have your streaming device located close to the router.
