Are you interested in registering for a Small Group Training series but cannot decide which one?
Fortunately, you can now experience them all when you register for our newest Small Group Training option - Work Hard, Play Hard! This 4-week series features a different workout format each week - no boredom here!

Enhance your overall health and fitness while addressing all of the health and skill related components of fitness. The five health related components are: cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. The six skill related components of fitness are: agility, balance, coordination, power, speed, and reaction time.

NOTE: Because there is only one workout for each format during the series, if you do not have prior experience with TRX® Suspension training or TRX® Rip training, you will need to schedule a FREE introductory session prior to the start of the 4-week series. Familiarity with each format will enable you to get the most out of every workout during the series.

For added safety and monitoring, our WORK HARD, PLAY HARD! workouts are fee-based small group training sessions, with a maximum of five participants per session.
