This interactive program is designed to provide valuable information and about all things related to Osteopenia and Osteoporosis.
The program includes two components:
Education and discussion via slides and handouts
Exercise sessions to provide safe and effective exercises and options
We will meet 1x/week for 8-weeks. Each meeting is 75-minutes.
