CLASS SCHEDULE


What I like about BODYBALANCE is the way it holistically has improved not only my flexibility and mobility, but also my strength in BODYPUMP classes and my endurance in other formats as well.  Having longer length in my hamstrings and glutes and a greater range in my hip joints lets me kick higher, squat deeper and lunge longer.  Don’t think of BODYBALANCE as a languid stretching class; this format slows down the strength components for a deeper understanding of how your muscles activate and gives you a seriously effective burn in those small muscles you miss in other formats.” ~KL
