Aerobics and Fitness



This is the original barbell workout that strengthens your entire body and burns 500 calories!

The 60-minute class challenges all major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for.

This is not your typical step aerobics class! This is an energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. The class is ideal for people who love to get their groove on and have a little fun as they work out.

We are also excited to have added the new BODYSTEP ATHLETIC format to our schedule! This is the new interval training inspired variation of BODYSTEP that is ideal for those looking for more intense, but less complex, functional step training that unleashes power and athleticism. This class is particularly appealing to males.

Finally, Yoga that is accessible to all! As always, we encourage you to add more variety to your current workout program. All you have to do is show up with an open mind. We supply the rest – blankets, blocks, sticky mats, straps, and excellent instructors with many years of experience.

We have very reasonable drop-in rates of just $8 for each fitness class you attend. No need to make an appointment - just show up, allowing yourself enough time to complete a waiver form and get settled :-)
