We have done it AGAIN! In keeping with our desire to offer a variety of classes you cannot find anywhere else in the area, we have added yet another class format to our already diverse schedule. It is called BODYSTEP™ Athletic and is another great Les Mills program! The classes are held on Wednesdays at 9:15am and Thursdays at 5:45pm.
We will also be adding U-JAM Fitness™ in the near future. It is a class that has taken the West Coast by storm! It unites world beats with urban flavor and takes you around the world from
Hip-Hop to Bollywood. This intense cardiovascular workout features easy to
learn dance steps that make you sweat, tone your body, and leave you craving
for more. U-JAM Fitness™ is Universal, Unique and
eUphoric! So lace up your high-tops and let the music drive you!
